Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities For Onboarding New Customers for various Leap Offerings considering customer Pain points and need
- Managing overall Sales funnel (S0-S4): Generating Leads, Managing conversion, health & ageing of the sales pipeline
- Managing Key Accounts - Developing them For achieving target Service & Product Revenue along with sustained Profitability
- Developing Relationships with the Key Accounts ( Existing And Recent) to ensure business continuity
- Develop, Maintain and Manage the service level (Manpower & Equipment) of Leap offering by ensuring Governance
- Coach & Train the FTE for Service quality, adherence to Apollo Safety guidelines, soft skills
- Responsible for coordinating & successful on-ground implementation of service offerings in the assigned fleets
- Liaise with the multiple operational stakeholders (Field team/ Equipment provider/ Manpower provider etc..) to ensure execution as per the SOP & predefined timeline
- Enhance workflows to enable a customer-centric business approach to business.
