;Responsibilities:

;Revenue Growth:
- ;Own and deliver regional revenue targets across e-Auction (service charges) and Membership verticals.
- ;Build and manage a robust pipeline of new clients through online research, field visits, and networking.
- ;Ensure 100% renewal of existing client contracts and maintain long-term relationship continuity.
- ;Actively identify, engage, and close deals with prospective buyers and sellers.
- ;Meet annual targets broken down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly milestones.
- ;Cultivate auction opportunities in new product categories: assess market demand, onboard buyers and sellers, and launch pilots to learn and establish recent markets for the business.

;Client Auction Management:
- ;Co-plan and oversee auction execution with clients, in close collaboration with the operations team.
- ;Conduct regular market analysis to ensure benchmark pricing for sellers, buyers, and clients.




- ;Address client needs proactively and resolve escalations quickly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- ;Plan, monitor, and optimize listed auctions to improve conversion rates.
- ;Team Leadership
- ;Lead, mentor, and enable BD executives to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets.
- ;Set clear, streamlined processes for the team to consistently hit goals.
- ;Distribute auction and business targets across the team; monitor progress and course-correct as needed.
- ;Identify and develop future leadership talent within the team; delegate responsibilities to build capability.
- ;Strategy Market Intelligence
- ;Track competitor activity and market trends; translate insights into actionable BD strategies.
- ;Conduct field visits, gather market feedback, and share findings with senior leadership.
- ;Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure seamless client experience.
