We are looking for an experienced Argon Welder / TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team for fabrication and welding of industrial winches, davit arms, and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

TIG/Argon welding of MS (Mild Steel), SS (Stainless Steel), and Aluminium components.

Welding and fabrication of winches, davit arms, brackets, frames, drums, and other mechanical components.

Handle material thicknesses up to 15 mm.

Perform welding as per engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.

Maintain proper weld quality, strength, finish, and alignment.

Carry out grinding, finishing, and basic fabrication work as required.

Inspect welded components for defects and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain welding equipment.

Requirements





Proven experience as an Argon Welder / TIG Welder.

Strong experience in welding MS, SS, and Aluminium.

Ability to weld material up to 15 mm thickness.

Knowledge of welding parameters, joint preparation, and welding techniques.

Ability to understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.

Experience in industrial fabrication/manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in winch, crane, davit, lifting equipment, or heavy fabrication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
