Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new project across assigned territories.
- Architect & Consultant Specification: Engage with architects, interior designers, PMC and DPR consultants to get our products specified in ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and Commercial & Residential clients to secure repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline & Closing: Handle end-to-end sales processesfrom technical product presentations and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) analysis to closing the deal.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track industry trends, price movements, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure/real estate projects.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:



3 to 5 years of dedicated sales experience in Building Materials, Exterior/Interior Products (e.g., Cladding, Tiles/Surfaces, Laminates, Glass, Roofing, Insulation, Waterproofing, Paints, or Architectural Hardware).
- Education: Bachelors degree and Preferably BBA, MBA (Marketing & Sales)
- Industry Network: Existing network and solid working relationships with Real Estate Developers, architects, interior designers, PMC & DPR consultants, and contractors in the region.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand architectural & civil drawings, understand product specifications, positioning and offer solutions to prospective clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and job-site visits.
