Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Associate to lead the design, governance, optimization, and strategic evolution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. This role owns CMDB architecture, advanced troubleshooting, integrations, and data governance while serving as the highest escalation point for CMDB-related issues and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, administer, and enhance ServiceNow CMDB
- Design CMDB data models, CI classes, attributes, relationships, and dependencies
- Implement CSDM, CMDB governance, and data-quality standards
- Configure IRE, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and source precedence
- Manage CMDB Health, Data Certification,



Data Manager, dashboards, and scorecards
- Support CMDB onboarding across infrastructure, applications, cloud, network, database, and platform services
- Administer ServiceNow tables, roles, groups, ACLs, update sets, and platform configurations
- Support Discovery and Service Mapping
- Integrate ServiceNow with discovery tools such as Device42
- Troubleshoot discovery synchronization, pattern, mapping, and CI data issues
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources
- Perform platform administration, upgrades, patches, cloning, and production support
