We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Client Success Manager / E-commerce Growth Manager
with strong experience in managing and growing e-commerce businesses, particularly in the
U.S. market
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Amazon, Walmart, or other e-commerce marketplaces
and should have directly managed client accounts, brands, sellers, or product portfolios with responsibility for driving business growth.

This is
not a purely advisory or reporting role
. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of account performance, identify growth opportunities, drive optimization initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute directly to improving sales and revenue.

The candidate will work closely with
U.S.-based clients
and internal teams to ensure effective execution, strong client relationships, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned U.S.-based clients.




- Build and maintain solid client relationships and understand their business objectives and growth goals.
- Take ownership of assigned e-commerce accounts, brands, sellers, and product portfolios.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue, conversion, product visibility, and overall account performance.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce activities across Amazon, Walmart, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Drive product listing optimization, including keywords, content, search visibility, and conversion improvement.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, including PPC, budgets, bids, keywords, targeting, ROI, and ROAS.
- Analyse sales, advertising, marketplace, and account performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Identify underperforming products or campaigns and develop actionable strategies to improve performance.
- Conduct regular client calls, business reviews, and performance discussions.
