About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Intern to join our quality assurance team. This role is ideal for learners who enjoy testing software, identifying bugs, and ensuring that applications function smoothly across real-world scenarios.

You will work with developers, designers, and product teams to validate features, perform manual test cycles, and contribute to delivering a high-quality experience across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with reproducible steps.
- Review requirements and user stories to understand expected functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and smoke testing.
- Validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Work closely with developers to retest fixes and ensure stability before release.
- Maintain test results and contribute to improving internal QA checklists.




- Collaborate with the team to understand product workflows and edge cases.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Ability to write clear test cases and test scenarios.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application workflows.
- Basic exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Exposure to bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Understanding of databases and writing straightforward queries.
- Curiosity about Automation Testing (Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
