About the Company

Challenger Crop Care Pvt Ltd is a growing agriculture company engaged in Seeds, Bio-Pesticides, Plant Nutrition and Farmer Support Services. We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage and strengthen our human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and selection of employees.

Posting job advertisements on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.

Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Employee onboarding and induction.

Maintaining employee attendance, leave and personnel records.

Preparing offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.

Coordinating salary processing and employee records with the Accounts Department.

Handling employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.

Maintaining statutory and compliance-related records.

Organizing employee training and engagement activities.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly HR reports for management.

Qualification

Any Graduate (MBA-HR preferred).





1 to 3 years of HR experience preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and HR documentation.

Ability to communicate effectively in Telugu and English.
