About the Role

Tata Power is looking for an articulate, customer-focused, and highly presentable Experience Centre Executive to manage front-end interactions at our Experience Centre based at Peninsula Corporate Park. The role involves creating a memorable visitor experience by showcasing Tata Power's initiatives, technologies, and sustainability journey through engaging presentations and guided walkthroughs.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to confidently engage with senior leadership, clients, partners, and other distinguished visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors to the Experience Centre.
- Conduct engaging and informative walkthroughs of the Experience Centre, tailoring presentations to different visitor groups.
- Deliver compelling presentations on Tata Power's business, innovation, sustainability initiatives, and customer solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and premium visitor experience from arrival to departure.




- Interact confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams, customers, government officials, and business partners.
- Coordinate visit schedules and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Experience Centre engagements.
- Maintain the overall readiness and presentation standards of the Experience Centre.
- Gather visitor feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 24 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles within:
- Real Estate Experience Centres
- Hospitality
- Art Galleries/Museums/Experience Centres
- Luxury Retail
- Corporate Visitor Centres
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with high standards of grooming and etiquette.
- Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and senior lea
