Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a solid background in the real estate industry to lead and execute marketing strategies for our residential and/or commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, project branding, campaign management, channel marketing, and customer acquisition. The candidate should be capable of developing marketing strategies that improve project visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with project launches, sales targets, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences,



competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop project-wise marketing plans, budgets, timelines, and performance targets.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive qualified leads through performance marketing and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
- Manage website, landing pages, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Real Estate Project Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for new project launches and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate branding, brochures, hoardings, digital creatives, videos, walkthroughs, presentations, and other market
