Position Details
- Job Title: AR Caller US Healthcare
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Experience in Denials Management with End to End RCM Process mandatory)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
- Transport: Two-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups.
- Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims.
- Analyze AR reports and take appropriate action.




- Handle end-to-end AR calling for US healthcare RCM, including Workers Compensation, Auto Insurance, and Commercial Insurance claims.
- Perform payer follow-up, claim status checks, denial management, underpayment analysis, and payment resolution.
- Handle appeals end-to-end, including denial review, documentation, appeal submission, and follow-up until resolution.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in AR Calling with End to End RCM Process
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
