Job Summary

Rialtes is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CO-PC / Product Costing and SAP S/4HANA.

This is a Costing-focused role 80% SAP Costing / CO-PC and 20% SAP FICO/CO. Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP CO-PC / Product Costing implementation, configuration, rollout and AMS support.
- Strong experience in Product Costing, Costing Variants, Cost Component Structure and Standard Costing.
- Hands-on experience in Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Production Costing, WIP, Variance Calculation and Settlement.
- Good understanding of integration with MM, PP, FI and CO.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling implementations and transformation projects.
- Good working knowledge of SAP FICO – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders and COPA.
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing,



cutover and hypercare.
- Work with international clients and provide functional leadership to the SAP team.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP FICO/CO consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP CO-PC / Product Costing experience.
- Experience with Material Ledger / Actual Costing.
- Strong knowledge of Costing Variant and Cost Component Structure.
- Experience in WIP, Variance Calculation and Settlement.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP implementation/rollout projects.
- Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
