Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel skills (Macros, VBA) and Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Design and implement effective data warehousing solutions using SQL and other tools.
- Provide expert-level support for business analytics initiatives across multiple projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field with a focus on Data Analysis & Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Macros, VBA), including ability to create complex formulas and functions.
- Solid understanding of Large Databases, Data Visualization, Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with SQL databases; knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI an asset.
