About us

Equip Exports is a US & Canada based company in operation for the last 18 years, headquartered in Toronto, ON. We provide electronic recycling (e-waste) services to clients across North America and operate as a wholesale buyer of IT equipment. As the next stage of our growth, we are establishing our first overseas Sales & Marketing arm — a 20-30 seats voice sourcing and digital marketing floor in Madhapur, Hyderabad — to power our North American client and supplier acquisition. This is a founding-team role reporting directly to the owner in Toronto.

The role

You will build and run the entire Hyderabad operation: a team of ~20+ across three functions — team leaders and US-voice callers, sourcing/sales agents, and a digital marketing team — plus oversight of the site accountant. You own hiring, training, quality, shift operations,



marketing-to-calling alignment, vendor management and statutory compliance — and above all, the weekly numbers. Because our shift fully overlaps Toronto's working day, you will work live with the owner daily, with real authority to run the site.

You will
- Launch the floor from zero: SOPs, dialer campaigns, CRM pipeline, QA scorecards.
- Lead the outbound voice teams calling US/Canada businesses on e-waste recycling services and IT equipment buying.
- Direct the digital marketing team: monthly campaign calendar, lead lists, landing pages and email outreach that feed the dialer; review cost-per-lead and lead quality weekly.
- Run recruitment continuously with staffing partners; own a screening process built on recorded US-script call simulations.
- Own floor KPIs — connects, qualified conversations, accounts onboarded — reported weekly to Toronto.
- Supervise the accountant: payroll inputs, petty cash controls, vendor invoice
