Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives in Lucknow. The role will involve digital and offline marketing, lead generation, market research, social media, events, customer engagement, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital, field, referral, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media activities, content posting, and basic campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, exhibitions, BTL campaigns, and local activations.
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Design,



and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners for marketing activities.
- Maintain lead databases, CRM records, campaign trackers, and marketing reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital content.
- Visit local markets, customer locations, events, or partner locations when required.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Lead generation and customer engagement skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word
