As we expand our operations across West Bengal and Odisha, we are looking for an HR Executive who can build solid people processes and support the company's growing field and office teams.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, documentation, onboarding, and HR administration for the Medinipur location.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment where HR requires both people management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field, sales, technical, operations, and office positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/management interview rounds.




- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, appointment letters, and HR files.
- Conduct employee induction and explain company policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee database and personnel records.

3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and leave.
- Maintain monthly attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance and employee availability.
- Ensure compliance with company leave and attendance policies.

4. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding routine HR matters.
