Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Process customer orders, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service through phone conversations.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales industry.
- Solid skills in cold calling, inbound sales, outbound calling, telecalling, and telemarketing.
- Ability to work on an inbound process with high accuracy and efficiency.
