INR 4,00,000 – 7,20,000 per annum, based on experience and demonstrated recovery track record

Extensive daily field travel across assigned Haryana districts (own two-wheeler/four-wheeler required)

About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned field collections professional to own our hardest recovery cases in Haryana. This is a specialist, individual-contributor position created for one purpose: to close the accounts that everyone else has already failed to close.





You will personally handle 60+ DPD, chronic, skip-traced, and legally escalated cases — visiting borrowers yourself, negotiating face to face, and driving the account to closure. Alongside this, you will build and maintain the company’s working relationships with local police authorities, district administration, court staff, panel advocates, and other stakeholders across Haryana, so that our recovery efforts are supported, lawful, and well-documented.

This is a self-regulating, high-accountability role.
There is no team to delegate to and no managerial track attached to it. Your output is measured entirely by the cases you personally resolve — and by resolving them strictly within the RBI Fair Practices Code and the legal framework applicable to NBFCs.
