About the Role

Energy Electric Vehicles is looking for a highly responsible, proactive and communication-oriented professional to join the CEO's Office as a Dealer Relationship Manager.

The role will be responsible for managing relationships with EEV's dealer network, handling dealer grievances and escalations, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring timely resolution of dealer issues.

The individual will serve as an important bridge between the dealer network and the CEO's Office.

This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.

The candidate should not simply forward complaints. They are expected to *own the issue until resolution*.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management





* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with EEV dealers.

* Act as a primary point of contact for dealer concerns and grievances.

* Understand dealer concerns in detail and identify the underlying issue.

* Maintain regular communication with key and high-priority dealers.

* Identify early signs of dealer dissatisfaction or potential dealer attrition.

* Ensure dealers receive timely and qualified responses.

Dealer Grievance Management

* Receive dealer complaints through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.

* Record every complaint in the dealer grievance tracker.

* Categorize complaints according to the relevant function.

* Assign complaints to the appropriate department/person.

* Define and monitor resolution TAT.

* Follow up with internal teams until the issue is completely resolved.

* Communicate progress and final resolution to the dealer.

* Ensure no complaint remains unattended or without ownership.
