Job Description: 4G/5G OAM

We are looking for an experienced
4G/5G OAM candidate
with strong hands-on expertise in
OAM product development across RAN and Core networks
.

Experience
- 5+ years
of 4G/5G OAM product development experience
- Experience leading large-scale OAM development and delivery programs

Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of
4G/5G RAN and Core architecture
- Hands-on experience in
CM, FM, PM, KPI, NRM and Trace Management
- Strong experience with
O-RAN O1 interface
- Strong programming skills in
C/C++, C++11 and Python
- Experience with
Linux, multithreading and multiprocessing
- Hands-on knowledge of
NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, Kafka, ASN.1, XML, JSON and YAML
- Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD




- Positive knowledge of relevant
3GPP 32.xxx and 28.xxx standards

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug and deploy 4G/5G OAM solutions
- Work on OAM modules for both
RAN and Core
- Drive system design and architecture
- Review code and mentor technical teams
- Lead OAM development, sustenance and customer-support programs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Profile:
Strong hands-on technical candidates with recent experience in
4G/5G OAM + O-RAN O1 + CM/FM/PM + C/C++ + Linux + NETCONF/YANG
