Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Academic) to lead the strategy, planning, development and continuous improvement of academic products for the K-10 segment.

The role requires a robust combination of academic product thinking, program oversight and technology adoption.

The Product Manager will oversee the complete academic product lifecycle-from product planning to quality assurance, digital integration, launch and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should be capable of looking at academic development as an end-to-end product.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and drive the academic product vision, strategy and development roadmap.
- Translate learner needs, curriculum requirements, market insights and organisational goals into scalable academic products.
- Conduct curriculum and product benchmarking to identify emerging pedagogical, technology and market trends.




- Develop clear project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements and quality benchmarks.
Academic Product Development & Quality
- Manage the end-to-end development of print and digital academic products.
- Guide SMEs, Curriculum Developers, Instructional Designers, Writers, Editors, Designers and Digital Content teams.
- Review products for academic accuracy, age appropriateness, instructional effectiveness, learner engagement and usability.
- Establish academic quality standards, review mechanisms, templates, guidelines and SOPs.
- Plan pilots, collect feedback from teachers and learners, and translate insights into product improvements.
AI & Education Technology
- Drive the effective use of Generative AI and emerging educational technologies across the academic product-development lifecycle.
