Role Description
The Sales Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and leading the sales function in a stealth-stage environment. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and establishing scalable processes for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.



The Sales Director will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional partners to define target markets, refine value propositions, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints. The role also involves identifying current business opportunities, contributing to pricing and packaging decisions, and providing market feedback to influence product and go-to-market roadmaps.
