Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in SAP O2C processes. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, and FI-SD integration. The candidate will work closely with business users to understand business requirements, prepare functional design documents,



and provide application maintenance and production support for SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDs/FDDs).
- Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS), including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Support SAP Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections processes.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly SAP Finance (FI), to ensure seamless FI-SD integration.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and end-user guides.
