What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.




• Conduct and oversee workplace investigations involving policy violations, employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethical concerns, and workplace conflicts.
• Partner closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and other sensitive employee matters.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing practical, balanced recommendations on employee relations matters while mitigating organizational risk.
• Stay current with applicable labor laws, employment legislation, company policies, and governance standards across relevant jurisdictions.
