Must have 3-4 years of experience in core HR operations with the highest level of integrity
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth joining and on boarding process for new employees with proper documentation work in place.
- Issuance of Appointment Letters and other documents in a timely manner
- Completing all joining formalities at the time of joining and ensure 100% compliance across all formalities and checklists.
- In the absence of proper checklists, creating checklists and tracking mechanisms for compliance purposes
- Thinking out of the box to create employee engagement calendars with an aim to create a fun and positive work culture.
- Responsible for issuing Disciplinary Letters and Termination letters to employees that fail to meet expectations or are in violation of Code of Conduct.
- Issuing annual appraisal letters to all employees and their revised compensation.
- Conducting Exit Interviews with all exiting employees at the time of their departure from the company
- Manage monthly Payroll effectively to establish a fair and transparent working relationship and Act as support system for finance department.
- Ensure HR dashboards related to Joining, attrition and headcount are timely updated and maintained.
- Ensure for a proper resolution in time and ensure all the data of Active and Inactive employee list of employees in ZOHO should be correctly entered.
Skill Set Requirement-
- Self-motivated and comfortable making day-to-day decisions and an ability to display problem-solving skills and work well in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication capabilities.
- Brings a solid execution headset with a track record of getting things done.
Educational Qualifications-
Bachelors/Masters/Post graduate degree in Human Resources
Any additional courses completed/ certifications related to the domain will be an added advantage
