About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can build solid client relationships, understand business needs, and drive account growth through digital and SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or Technology-driven businesses, with a strong background in client management, account growth, and cross-functional coordination.

You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities for retention, upselling, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital/SaaS solutions.
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant digital products and services.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, industry, challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Technology, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and performance discussions.
- Track account performance, revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare account plans and identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, deliverables, and opportunities.
