Role Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role plans and executes digital marketing campaigns that promote The CyberDiplomat’s initiatives, services, and thought leadership. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, optimising online presence, monitoring and reporting on web and campaign performance, and supporting content creation for various digital platforms.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with strategic goals, maintain brand consistency, and identify new opportunities to increase audience engagement and reach.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across channels.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage profiles, build communities, and drive engagement.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and prepare actionable reports.
- Excellent Communication skills for transparent messaging, collaboration with teams, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
