Senior Associate Australian Taxation

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Australian Taxation with strong hands-on experience in Australian accounting and taxation processes. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of Australian tax compliance, year-end finalization, financial statement preparation, and tax return preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Australian accounting and taxation processes for clients.
- Prepare and review year-end financial statements and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and review Australian tax returns for:
- Companies
- Partnerships
- Trusts
- Individuals (ITRs)
- Prepare and manage BAS and other relevant tax compliance requirements.
- Handle tax lodgements with relevant Australian authorities/ATO.
- Review the finalization of accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable Australian accounting and taxation requirements.
- Communicate with international clients and relevant authorities, as required.
- Support the team in meeting business and client requirements within defined timelines.




- Provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to team members and support the development of other teams in Australian taxation.
- Work flexibly and take ownership of tasks based on business requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of in-depth experience in Australian Taxation.
- Hands-on experience in Australian tax return preparation and compliance.
- Strong experience in year-end finalization of accounts.
- Experience preparing tax returns for Companies, Partnerships, Trusts, and Individuals (ITRs).
- Good understanding of BAS and Australian tax compliance processes.
- Ability to review and finalize financial statements and accounts.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
