Job Title: Sales Officer Tea Division

Location: West Delhi, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors and expand the retailer network.
- Achieve sales targets and improve market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade schemes.
- Build robust relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and effective territory management.

Eligibility:
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tea, Coffee, Dairy, or Packaged Foods preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and distributor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
