Role Description

The Digital Specialist will support the planning, execution, optimization, and management of digital initiatives designed to strengthen online presence, improve customer engagement, increase digital reach, and support broader business objectives. The role covers a range of digital activities, including online campaigns, website management, digital content, analytics, social media, and digital customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include coordinating digital marketing campaigns across websites, search engines, social media, email, online advertising platforms, and other digital channels. The role will assist with campaign planning, audience targeting, content coordination, scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring.

The position will support website and digital platform management by updating content, reviewing page functionality, monitoring user experience, identifying technical or content issues, and coordinating improvements with relevant teams. The role will help ensure digital platforms remain accurate, accessible, engaging,



and aligned with brand standards.

The Digital Specialist will monitor digital performance using analytics and reporting tools. Responsibilities may include analyzing website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, campaign results, audience behavior, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Additional responsibilities include supporting SEO initiatives, social media activities, email marketing campaigns, digital content development, online promotions, customer engagement programs, and digital project coordination. The role may also conduct competitor research, market research, audience analysis, and digital trend monitoring.
