Learning & Development / Training Manager Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver, manage, and oversee training programs for individuals and groups across the organization.

•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring measurable learning outcomes and business impact.

•Develop, review, and maintain training materials, including training modules, e-learning content, self-learning materials, assessments, and learning resources.

•Collaborate closely with employees and stakeholders to assess learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

•Partner with managers and business leaders to identify training and development needs through training needs analysis (TNA) and gap assessments.

•Work with SBU Heads and functional leaders to design learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.

•Conduct seminars, workshops, classroom sessions, virtual learning programs, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

•Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT)



programs and calibrate facilitators to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.

•Manage and mentor the Learning & Development team, driving performance and training excellence.

•Monitor employee competency levels and recommend retraining, upskilling, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

•Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through effective training interventions.

•Maintain and manage all training documentation, records, training files, and audit-ready learning data.

•Prepare, maintain, and validate annual and monthly training calendars.

•Conduct training audits and ensure completion, accuracy, and compliance of training records.

•Interface with clients and support business operations by understanding and enhancing AR Caller and related operational profiles.

•Review training feedback, analyze learning outcomes, and implement improvements to increase training effectivenes
