Summary
Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence (CI), responsible for leading end-to-end CI delivery from the BMS Hyderabad Hub to support global pipeline and in-market assets.



This role combines strategic hands-on intelligence leadership with people management responsibilities, requiring both individual contribution and team leadership. The role drives competitive strategy through primary and secondary intelligence, competitor monitoring, congress insights, and strategic simulation exercises. Partners closely with Business Development, Commercial, Medical, and R&D; stakeholders to translate competitive and scientific intelligence into actionable business recommendations. Requires deep pharmaceutical CI expertise, strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex global matrix environment.
