Job Summary

CWED is looking for a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor training activities under various educational, social welfare, community development, and skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate training programs at district and block levels.
- Coordinate with trainers, field teams, and program staff.
- Maintain trainee registration, attendance, and training records.
- Prepare training schedules, reports, and required documentation.
- Monitor the progress and quality of training activities.
- Conduct field visits as required.
- Coordinate with community members and relevant stakeholders.
- Support implementation of CWED programs and activities.
- Submit regular progress reports to the concerned authority.

Eligibility
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with qualifications or experience in Training, Education, Social Work, Management,



or related fields will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience.

Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Salary
