Job Summary

Mahavir Group is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations across two locations and support the finance function of our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in automobile dealership accounting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across both locations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Manage accounting related to vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.
- Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Verify invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.




- Prepare MIS and accounting reports as required.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper accounting records are maintained for both locations.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Automobile dealership experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities across multiple locations.
