About the role
Rusan Medisys Pvt Ltd supports revenue cycle management operations for US healthcare providers. Our operations teams run on software we build ourselves, and the quality of that software directly determines how fast our clients get paid.
We run two generations of our platform in parallel. The v2 platform is an ASP.NET application that has served the business for years and still carries functionality the operations team depends on daily.
The v3 platform is a Node.js and React application on Microsoft SQL Server that has been in production for roughly a year but still has feature gaps against v2. As a result, we are running both, which costs us twice.
This role exists to close that gap and retire v2. We are hiring one solid, hands-on engineer to take technical ownership of platform development: someone who can read the v2 codebase without a map, decide what actually needs to be carried forward, build it properly in v3, and drive the migration to completion.
This is a builder's role, not a coordination role. You will write code every day. You will also own the technical direction, the release cadence, and the decisions about what gets built and in what order, working directly with the business owners rather than through layers of process.

- You can navigate both codebases without assistance and have documented the v2 to v3 architecture, data model, and integration points.
