We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our real estate project site in Bhugaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in core accounting principles, local tax compliance (GST & TDS), and hands-on experience managing vendor and contractor billing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Tally Management: Manage daily accounting entries, maintain ledgers, and ensure accurate record-keeping using Tally (ERP 9 / Prime).
- Bill Processing & Filing: Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices, material challans, and contractor bills. Maintain a highly organized physical and digital filing system for all site-related financial documents.
- Taxation (GST & TDS Working):
- Calculate and accurately deduct TDS on contractor payments, qualified fees, and other applicable expenses.
- Prepare GST workings, reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), and assist in timely tax filings and compliance.
- Bank Reconciliation:



Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure site expenditures and overall financial records align with bank statements.
- Site Expense Management: Monitor petty cash, track daily site expenditures, and prepare basic financial reports for the management team as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (M.Com/MBA Finance is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience. *(Note: Prior experience handling accounts for a real estate or construction project site is highly preferred).*
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of current GST and TDS regulations.
- Attributes: Highly organized, accurate with numbers, and capable of managing multiple billing cycles efficiently.
