Leads Digital is expanding its Business Development Team across West Bengal and Sikkim and is looking for responsible, target-oriented Marketing Executives / Business Development Executives
.

This is a
field sales role focused on B2B healthcare/institutional clients
. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business with private hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and other healthcare and other Business institutions, and factories.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify private hospitals, nursing homes,



diagnostic centres and clinics in the assigned territory.
- Call hospital owners, directors, administrators, IT heads, purchase managers and other decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments and conduct regular field visits.
- Present and demonstrate Leads Digital's software, hardware and IT solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure.
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare institutions.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and submit Daily Activity Reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for demonstrations and project requirements.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales and activity targets.
- Keep updated with all Leads Digital products, services and new offer
