Roles & Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Specialist
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, leads, and business growth.
- Plan and manage B2B lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Drive SEO, AEO, and AI Search Optimization initiatives to improve online visibility.
- Plan and promote webinars, events, and offline marketing activities.
- Use AI tools for content creation, research,



campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and insights for management.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation and performance marketing.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO and social media.

Valuable communication, analytical and content creation skills.

SaaS/HR Tech experience is an added advantage.
