Role Description
This full-time Assistant Manager role is based in Jaipur and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.



The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help implement STEMROBO’s education and technology initiatives. Typical tasks include assisting in project planning and execution, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with company standards and methodologies. The role also involves managing schedules, supporting team members, handling basic administrative duties, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes. The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain transparent communication, uphold quality and compliance, and provide prompt support to stakeholders.
