Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, campaign creatives, digital/social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Apply robust knowledge of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
- Create and edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional content.
- Stay updated with design trends, digital trends, and emerging AI technologies.
- Leverage AI tools for image and video generation to enhance creative output.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in Real Estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
- Good video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
- AI-based creative/video generation experience is an added advantage.
- Real estate, advertising, or agency experience is preferred.
