Role & responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday Time Tracking implementations across global locations.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable Time Tracking solutions.
- Configure Workday Time Tracking components including:
- Time Entry
- Time Calculation Rules
- Time Clock Events
- Work Schedules
- Absence Integration
- Support multi-country deployments, localization requirements, and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Time Tracking configuration and integration issues.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a skilled Workday Time Tracking Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and configuring the Workday Time Tracking module, with proven exposure to multi-country rollouts and global workforce management processes.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Absence, Payroll, or Scheduling modules.
- Workday certification in Time Tracking or HCM.
- Exposure to integration tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, or Core Connectors.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
