Job Description
We are looking for a Design Development Engineer Vehicle Dynamics with strong experience in automotive design and development, vehicle dynamics, chassis and vehicle integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of automotive components/systems related to vehicle dynamics and chassis.
- Perform vehicle integration, packaging, clearance and interference studies.
- Support vehicle dynamics, kinematics and engineering development activities.
- Develop and review 3D models, 2D drawings and engineering documentation.
- Support design release, engineering changes and product development activities.
- Conduct design reviews and support prototype, testing and validation activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams,
suppliers and manufacturing teams for technical issue resolution.
- Apply GD&T;, DFMEA, DFM/DFA and engineering standards during product development.
Required Skills
- Solid experience in Vehicle Dynamics / Chassis / Vehicle Integration.
- Automotive product development experience.
- Hands-on experience with CATIA / UG-NX / Creo.
- Good knowledge of GD&T;, DFMEA, DFM/DFA and DMU.
- Experience in design release and engineering change processes.
- Good understanding of automotive design and manufacturing processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- 68 years of total experience.
- CTC up to 13 LPA.
- Immediate to maximum 15 days notice period preferred.
- Chennai location.
- 5 Days WFO.
- Candidates should be available for interview according to requirement either F2F or Virtual after shortlisting.
