We are looking for a
friendly, well-groomed, and professional Receptionist
to manage the school’s reception and serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ensure a welcoming and efficient front-office experience.

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good proficiency in English and basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in a school, corporate office, hospital, hospitality, or customer-service environment will be preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in a school/educational institution will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and guests professionally and courteously.




- Handle telephone calls, enquiries, appointments, messages, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records and daily reception documentation.
- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, administration, HR, accounts, and other departments for parent and visitor requirements.
- Ensure the front office is organised, presentable, and welcoming, and perform other duties assigned by the Principal/Management.
