Role & responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and skilled networks.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
