Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, events, brand campaigns, corporate films, podcasts, and more.
- Edit podcasts, interviews, panel discussions, and long-form content, including multicamera editing, clean cuts, audio enhancement, B-roll, subtitles, graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips, and other short-form content.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and other team members to align videos with brand messaging and creative direction.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, animations, and other elements to enhance storytelling.
- Use AI-powered video generation and editing tools to create visuals, B-roll, animations, backgrounds, and other creative assets where required.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, video-editing technologies, trends, formats, and techniques to improve creative output and editing efficiency.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, footage,



and source files for easy access and revisions.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Understand creative briefs, incorporate feedback effectively, and execute revisions while maintaining the intended creative direction.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, podcast editing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing tools.
- Experience with AI-powered creative and video-generation tools is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in podcast and long-form video editing with a valuable understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
