About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Executive to support our US and Canada Accounting Services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building prospect databases, executing email marketing campaigns, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential businesses in the USA and Canada requiring accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and financial reporting services.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation platforms.
- Extract and verify business contact information including decision-makers' names, emails, and phone numbers.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Write personalized outreach emails and follow-up sequences.




- Track campaign performance including open rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam regulations.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation and Email Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of US and Canada business markets.
- Experience in prospect research, email extraction, and lead qualification.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
