We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who is confident in communication, proactive with follow-ups, and interested in building a career incommercial real estate.

Role Purpose :

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for lead qualification, client communication, requirement understanding, follow-ups, proposal coordination and sales support to convert potential business opportunities into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements including location,



property type, area, budget and business needs.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, databases, LinkedIn, email and other sources.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams for qualified opportunities.
- Prepare and share property details, presentations and proposals with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings and opportunities.
- Update daily/weekly activity reports and lead trackers.
- Track the movement of each lead through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up until the lead is either converted or closed.
