IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.




- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
- Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment metrics.
