That is where you come in.

About the Role





We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our tech team. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role. Your day-to-day will centre on four areas: operating and authoring CI/CD and Data Pipelines , Infrastructure Monitoring and Alerting , Database Administration , and the IT and Support Workflows that keep incidents and bugs across the company moving to resolution. Around that core, you will work across our AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines, helping keep the systems behind OurBus, Rally, and Charters reliable, secure, and cost-efficient. You will collaborate closely with the tech teams building in Java, .NET Core, and Flutter - with real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities Primary Focus
- Author, schedule, and operate AZDO CI/CD and Apache Airflow DAGs powering data, cost-reporting, and operational pipelines - handle failures, backfills, dependencies, and performance tuning.
