Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Profitability: Drive revenue to meet monthly and yearly sales goals. Track key metrics like conversion rates and profit margins.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees. Motivate the team to deliver great customer service.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order products, and conduct regular audits. Reduce stock loss and shrinkage.
- Store Operations: Manage opening and closing routines, cash registers, and safety rules. Resolve customer complaints professionally. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or store operations.
- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business or retail management.
- Hard Skills: Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, basic accounting, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
